DEPILITE SUUUUUUCKS i've only had 4 sessions, and each went bad for a diferent reason: 1. "new administration" meaning you're rights have been deleting: i was supposed to have a session every three months, and my next session has to be SEVEN months apart from the last. 2. the machine won't work. It's supposed to shoot steadily about 1 time each two, three seconds. It was stopping every 10 minutes, they didn't know why and a 30min session ended being more that 2hrs long. 3. Your "location" has disappeared. I went to my appointment, and the center had been left. NO ONE was there, no one would answer, no one called me to change the place... i had to find out by my self that all locations had been shut down and "fight" for a session. 4. They are not ashamed. I showed up for another appointment and there were four idle nurses , one talking to a friend on the phone, and the others having nachos together. I waited for over 30 minutes and then they didn't have time to finish and had to reschedule. (ETC...). They lie. Once i told them that i had been to the gym and they said: "you cannot have a session until 24 hrs after you exercise." I have also know they say they are busy when they are not, they change the information in the files, etc, etc... I know a professional nurse and I can verify they had bluntly lied in many occasions.
